Thai Peanut Chicken
1 HMR Savory Chicken Entree
2 cups broccoli florets
1 Tbsp PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter
1 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
1. Cook the broccoli.
2. Cut up the chicken from the entree into small
pieces.
3. Mix the broccoli, chicken entree, PB2, and soy
sauce together in a small bowl.
4. Heat in the microwave about one minute until
hot.
Optional: Garnish with cilantro, green onions, or red pepper flakes.
